APM Consulting’s John Champ has over 40 years of experience with Automated People Mover (APM) O&M services.  He has been both the provider of O&M services as well as the customer receiving them.  This gives APM Consulting a unique perspective when evaluating O&M and Training programs.  As President and COO of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc.’s O&M company, Crystal Mover Services Inc., Mr. Champ led the development and oversight of the company’s O&M services and was responsible for all APM O&M activities in the United States.

In addition to his extensive knowledge of the Mitsubishi APMs, Mr. Champ has over 20 years of experience with the O&M of the Alstom/Bombardier APM systems.  He was also involved with customer training at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
